This proposal provides research and analysis to establish a business plan for a new brand, Every Moment. 

 

Based in Switzerland, Every Moment will target a new market by offering a menswear range adapted to monoskiers Partnerships will be made with European manufactures and furnishers in an effort to keep the production as local as possible.

 

The plan focuses on assessing the technical needs of the consumer through researches and interviews. Besides, a thorough analysis of the competitors and investigation of branding enabled reflections on quality, efficiency as well as sustainability and marketing.
